Dollar E

This file just brings back the old MooTools $E. The MooTools team has been working to eliminate the global namespace dollar functions (except $$ and $, which I think it intends to keep). Personally, I like these methods and when $E was removed from MooTools 1.2 I immediately added it back to my own environment. I'm releasing it here because some of my scripts depend on it and because I thought others might miss it, too.
